kaspapulse.com is an informational site about the Kaspa network (on-chain data, market data, and a weekly newsletter). This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use it, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, GitHub collects technically necessary data (in particular your IP address) in server logs in order to deliver the website and keep the service secure. We have no access to these logs and do not analyze them.

To display current market and on-chain data, your browser fetches data directly from the APIs of DefiLlama (api.llama.fi) and CoinGecko (api.coingecko.com) when the page loads. For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to these providers' servers in the process. No other data is shared, and no cookies are set.

We use Brevo, a service of Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, to send our weekly newsletter. When you subscribe via the form, your email address is transmitted to and stored by Brevo.
Subscription uses a double opt-in process: after signing up you receive a confirmation email, and you are only added to the list once you click the confirmation link. Your email address is used exclusively to send the newsletter and is not shared with any other third parties.
