Kaspa NG runs in the browser as a web app at kaspa-ng.org, built from the same Rust code as the desktop version. The community wiki adds one warning that matters, in web mode the wallet keeps your keys in the browser's local storage. What that means in practice is on its own page, is a Kaspa web wallet safe?
KasVault is a web interface for a Ledger device. It talks to the Ledger over WebUSB, which its own documentation says works in Chrome and Edge, and the keys never leave the device.
Kasware is an open-source browser extension. The community wiki lists it as the wallet that shows KRC-20 tokens.
The old web wallet at wallet.kaspanet.io is no longer maintained, see deprecated wallets below.
Kaspium is a non-custodial, open-source wallet for iOS and Android. Version 1.3.0 reached the App Store on 21 August 2026, the same day as the GitHub release.
Tangem uses an iPhone app together with its hardware card. App version 6.3.3 is listed in the App Store with 25 September 2026.
Kaspium is the same open-source wallet as on iOS, v1.3.0 on GitHub since 21 August 2026.
Tangem has an Android app for its card, v6.3.4 on GitHub since 25 September 2026.
Kaspa NG is the desktop wallet for Windows, macOS and Linux, v2.0.1 since 29 June 2026. The wiki calls it the successor of both KDX and the old web wallet, and it reads the older 12-word seeds those two created.
The command line wallet that ships with the Kaspa node software is for people who run their own node. The wiki has a setup guide.
Ledger keeps the Kaspa keys on the device. Kaspa on a Ledger runs only through KasVault, a third-party wallet, in Chrome or Edge. It does not run in Ledger Live. Ledger's own Kaspa page says to connect the device to a compatible third-party wallet. Earlier versions of this page said Kaspa ran inside Ledger Live; we corrected that on 6 October 2026 after reading Ledger's page.

OneKey supports Kaspa since May 2023 according to the community wiki, with the keys on the device and the OneKey app on the phone or computer.
Tangem supports Kaspa since April 2023 according to the community wiki. The key is created on the card and never leaves it, the app only shows balances and passes transactions to the card.
Trezor does not support Kaspa. Trezor's own page says it does not support Kaspa (trezor.io, read on 6 October 2026).
The community wiki also lists Cool Wallet, with Kaspa support since August 2024, and the SafePal X1 with its own setup guide. We have not checked those two in the same depth, so they are not in the table.
This is where outdated guides actively hurt people. Two wallets that appear in years-old "best of" lists are officially retired by their own developers.
The general rule this teaches is that a wallet recommendation has a shelf life. Check the project's last release date before trusting any list, including this one. This page was last checked on 6 October 2026, see the date under the heading.
The question every Kaspa newcomer asks, usually in mild panic, "my wallet shows a different receive address than yesterday, did something break?"
No. Kaspa wallets are HD wallets on a UTXO chain, like Bitcoin. Your wallet generates a fresh receive address after use for privacy, so outside observers cannot link all your payments together. Two facts matter.

Seed phrases are not guaranteed to be compatible between different Kaspa wallets, and the wiki maintains a dedicated compatibility chart. Before you wipe wallet A after importing its seed into wallet B, confirm the full balance actually shows up in B.

None of the wallets in our table mentions KCC-20 in its official release notes as of 27 October 2026. KCC-20 became final in the kaspanet/kccs repository on 21 October 2026, so wallet support is still to come. Kasware shows the older KRC-20 tokens. It depends on the device and the amount. For a phone, Kaspium is open source and self-custodial. For a computer, Kaspa NG runs as desktop app and in the browser. For larger amounts, a hardware wallet keeps the keys off the computer, Ledger through KasVault, OneKey or Tangem. We list them alphabetically and never by commission.
